Relevant Background:  The headstart policy will allow the child (or the caretakers of the child) to pay the same premiums throughout his/her life which means if the child (child's caretakers) pays $52 when he is 4 years old, he will pay the same amount as he grows older) as he gets coverage throughout life without medical underwriting.

  • Food insecurity
  • Poverty
  • Unemployment
